The exact checks depend on the technology used by your site. We agree the responsibilities and access needed to manage it, including any third-party services and licences. No website can be promised permanent immunity from security incidents.

24/7 emergency support covers website outages and security incidents. Routine requests are scheduled during normal working periods. Updates apply to the existing site and the agreed plan.

New pages, redesigns, integrations and substantial new functionality are quoted separately. This keeps everyday care predictable while leaving room for larger improvements when the business needs them.

A custom build includes an available .co.uk domain for its first 12 months, registered in your name. Domain renewal arrangements are confirmed in your proposal. Your first month of Essential Care is included with a custom build.

Tell us when your services, contact details or coverage change so the site remains useful to customers. Monthly hosting and maintenance subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice, subject to the Refund Policy and your agreement.
