Overview
Stacklane Ltd is committed to delivering high quality web development services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting one.

Deposits
All projects require a deposit prior to commencement of work. Deposits are not refundable once work has begun, as they cover the time and resources allocated to your project during the discovery and planning phase.
03
Project Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a project after work has commenced, work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced at the agreed project rate; any overpayment beyond the value of completed work will be refunded within 14 business days; and cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our team.
04
Hosting & Maintenance Subscriptions
Monthly hosting and maintenance subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. Payments already made for the current billing period are not refundable. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
05
Defective Deliverables
If a deliverable does not meet the agreed specification as documented in your project brief or statement of work, Stacklane will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the issue at no additional cost. Where resolution is not possible, a partial or full refund may be agreed at our discretion.
